Sitting down and eating a balanced meal in the evening, especially after a long day at the office, is a surefire way to support a balanced lifestyle.
We must sleep well to perform well at work. We think we can cut corners, push ourselves to the limit, but we’re only fooling ourselves. Lack of sleep makes us listless, decreases our sensory alertness, and increases our stress-response hormones.
