Schedule some regular “beach time,” plage de temps, a space of time to retreat to on a daily basis or regular periodic basis so that you can achieve a healthy balance of pleasure in life.
Reduce stress by identifying and treating the underlying causes…but always in phases. I am a believer in change peu à peu (“little by little”), since drastic changes often don’t stick.
