If you wait until the weekend to break up the routine and “have a life,” you set yourself up for some disappointments. There’s not enough time. Weekends pass too quickly.
Eating can be one of life’s greatest pleasures and should be a key component to a healthful balance in business and life. Take time for three meals a day (as I always say).
